CVS - scan your card at the Red Box

Do you ever scan your CVS card at the Red Box?  I scanned mine this afternoon and it spit out a coupon for $2 off a large bag of their brand chips, popcorn or cheese curls.  I found the cheese curls with a sale sign of 2/$3.  It seems like that was last weeks sale sign.  But since they didn't pull their sign they sold them to me for $1.50.  Yeah....I spent a whole $ .01 for a large bag of cheese curls.
