Bi-Lo Deals ending tomorrow - 9/13

 

 Shopping in a College town I frequently have college students behind me.  I apologized to the student behind me this evening.  Because the bread coupons were not scanning properly it took a little longer then normal.  He said it wasn't a problem because he was watching and learning how he could save money on groceries  :-)   You have got to love talking to those that actually understand why we use coupons.
